From the selection below, please choose a language that the patient speaks an Eye-Lingual visual acuity chart will be generated. We are actively working to create Eye-Lingual Charts in each language.
How to use Eye-Lingual Charts
Step 1
Download and print the Eye-Lingual Chart that you need.
Step 2
Create a crease in the chart such that the phonetic pronunciations are turned towards you and the lettering on the chart is facing the participant.
Step 3
Perform the visual acuity exam by asking the participant to recite the letters they are able to, and follow along with the phonetic pronunciations facing you.
